“I’m also seeing that her nasal tip, to me, looks less bulbous, and the dorsal hump is less prominent,” he explained.
The doctors repeatedly emphasized that photographs alone cannot confirm cosmetic procedures. Lighting, camera angles, makeup, and natural aging can all dramatically influence appearance.
Still, they identified several features they believed could have changed over time.
As the years progressed, they pointed to fuller lips, increased cheek volume, possible fillers, and later signs of Botox use.
By the early 2000s, discussions expanded beyond her nose.
Dr. Kopelman believed her cheeks appeared fuller, suggesting either filler treatments or fat grafting.
“It looks like she had some kind of augmentation of some kind,” he said.
Dr. Linkov even questioned whether cheek implants may have been involved at one point because of the symmetry and projection of her cheeks.
Meanwhile, changes around her eyes became another focus.
By 2007 and 2008, both doctors observed that her eyes appeared smaller and more elongated than before.

“Perhaps she had a facelift,” he said, though he also noted that modern non-surgical skin tightening treatments can create similar effects.
By 2024, both doctors agreed that natural aging was becoming more noticeable despite her polished appearance.
According to Linkov, if all the procedures he speculated about had actually occurred over the years, including rhinoplasty, Botox, fillers, and cheek enhancements, the estimated total cost could exceed $223,000.
Melania Has Denied Cosmetic Procedures
Despite years of speculation, Melania has consistently rejected claims that she underwent cosmetic enhancements.
During a 2016 interview with GQ, she addressed the rumors directly.
“I didn’t make any changes. A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn’t do anything,” she said.
